Too many the natural beauty of Australia is as ferocious and free as a raging wildfire. Yet in her rough and robust edges, she holds a whispering agility so assuring it nurtures one’s spirit deep within.
Only when one grows aware and intimate with this beautiful land, slight cracks begin to appear revealing a country of people in a bitter conflict with its leader’s contradictions; manipulation, hypocrisy and complete disregard for human dignity.
A fact, many Australians are too blind; conflicted, scared or ignorant to admit.

Yet a growing group of citizens; just as rugged, diverse and imperfect as this great southern land are waking up to a deepening calling.
And they have had enough.
To this group the Covid-19 draconian response and vaccine mandates are just the tip of the ice-berg.
They’ve been struck with rubber bullets in protests; held in solidarity confinement, threaten, beaten, locked-out of boarders, fined for leaving home and now as the restrictions are easing, many remain unable to make a living because they refuse to comply with Covid-19 vaccine mandates.
One will rarely hear their stories in the mainstream news. In fact, they are greatly vilified, described as “undesirables”, at best. Though the collective true Australian spirit they inhabit comes from a once legendary tough-stock.
Home to the world’s most deadliest creatures; the oldest civilisation on earth and heroic legends of the Anzacs and rebellious bushrangers, Australia in recent times has become known for the world’s most-harshest Covid-19 responses, restrictions and the willing compliance of many of its citizens.
The Prime Minister of Australia stipulated Covid-19 vaccinations are voluntary there are no mandates for the common person.
Still hundreds of thousands of Australians are turning up to government buildings and parks across the nation, every weekend chanting: “Sack them all…”
Occasionally we will see snippets in the news of frontline workers fighting mandates in court.

Australia is the only liberal democracy without a constitutional bill of rights, or comprehensive federal human rights legislation, most rights which Australians take for granted are not adequately protected against legislative excess, according to the Australian Human Rights Commission.
The state and territory leaders of eight states in Australia, in essence write their own rules creating a state-lead power. And the Australian people are left at the mercy of their leader’s apparent goodwill and are merciless to such protective laws.

Questions at the forefront of this series surrounds the fact that the Covid-19 is the 38th cause of death in Australia, according to the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS).
So why when you look at this statistic alone why the extreme response….Is this response truely for the health of the citizens? Why are Freedom of Information applications requesting the medical and scientific evidence justifying restrictions such as mandates; boarder closure and lockdowns are denied by the government? If not true medical justification; then is this response more about power? And if at worst, what are the origins such control?
The fact such line questioning once practiced in traditional journalism is censored or discredited is why misinformation is rife on all sides of media and society.
Once we ask and credibly answer such questions through the freedom of expression, only then we can discover truth truth.
